Discovering Desistance
This is the archived website of the Desistance Knowledge Exchange, discussed above as one of the three examples of criminological engagement. It contains numerous blog posts and comments on topics related to desistance, rehabilitation and reintegration, as well as links to the documentary film ‘The Road from Crime’ and reports of the appreciate inquiry workshops undertaken in the project.
Distant Voices
This is the website of the Distant Voices; Coming Home, also referred to in the same example above. It contains not just written material, but also a large archive of songs, videos and podcasts that are useful for teaching at any level about crime, punishment and (especially) re/integration.
Cambridge University Prisons Research Centre
This is the website of the Cambridge University Prisons Research Centre, which has summaries of current and ongoing research, news, events and publications.
