Corporate Governance: A Frontier Subject

A great deal has been written about the Enron collapse, because Enron seemed to be leading corporate governance norms. Its collapse and the jailing of some of its top executives changed corporate governance thinking and, indeed, caused US Federal law to be changed significantly.
