Employers’ Liability – changes to health and safety regulation

Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013

Section 69 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 implements changes which ensure that future civil claims for breach of health and safety provisions can only be brought where it can be proved that the employer is negligent.
