So we are being asked to find the OJ reference at the preamble to the Accession Treaty of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the EU. Now, I'm using Westlaw to do this; there are a number of ways you could find it in Westlaw, perhaps the easiest, though, is to go to the EU tab, because this is clearly an EU question. Down here we've got the option to browse different types of EU material, one of which is treaties - and we are being asked to look for treaty.

So if we click through, we got the founding treaty and the other treaties there that you'll know about. We’ve also got these accession treaties, so if we click through on that, there are list of different treaties there and the one that we want is ‘Austria, Finland and Sweden’. So if we click through, what we've got here is a list of the different parts, the different articles of the Accession Treaty, with the OJ references on the left hand side. Now, we want to know what the reference for the preamble is, so it's just here: the reference to the left is OJ 1994 C241/9. But if you want to see what the preamble said, you could click through - and there it is.
