  1. All groups or teams have a leader or leaders whose style and approach to management may vary.
    1. Situational leadership changes with the circumstances.

            1. Isolates are indifferent and communicate little outside their environment. Bystanders tend to hang back and watch. Participants attempt to have an impact. Activists are more engaged and passionate. Diehards will sacrifice themselves for the cause.
