Nonassertive

Assertive
You tend to hit the bulls-eye in terms of healthy assertiveness. You say what you feel without infringing on other people's right to do the same. Your combination of respectfulness and self-confidence is likely to serve you well in relationships.

Aggressive
You tend to overshoot assertive and land in the aggressive category instead. Although you may mean well, your comments are likely to offend and intimidate others. Try toning it down by stating your opinions (gently) and encouraging others to do the same. If you refrain from name calling and accusations, people are likely to take what you say more seriously.
